About

Old world elegance. Texas attitude.

Simone sings at the crossroads of 1950s Paris, old Italian cinema, and Southern soul — Dalida glamour, Piaf sincerity, Amy grit — in four languages: French, Italian, Spanish, and English. The languages are built into her phrasing, her writing, and the way she speaks to a room.

In Houston, she is the rare artist who can turn a dive bar into a Left Bank jazz club. In Paris, she is the rare American who brings Texas soul into old French and Italian repertoire. Her voice carries the ache of torch singers, the intimacy of bedroom pop, and the mystery of chanson. Her sound feels both vintage and alive.

"I sing in four languages because I don't know how to live in just one world."

In her words

What is important to me as an artist?

Building a world that people feel invited into, where they give themselves permission to feel, and where elegance is always in style. I love classic movies. I think true cinema understands music, lighting, wardrobe and beauty. I like to lean into the cinema of my artistry, capturing a feeling in the way I sing, dress, and build my world.
